- Q: Will my flowers get there today?
- A: I f you have ordered before midday in the delivery location, the answer is yes. If ordering later than that you need to call us and we will advise whether it can be done. In some cases there might be an extra charge.
- Q: What if no-one’s home?
- A.If you have supplied a contact number for the recipient, we will ring them to get instructions. If we don’t have a number or the recipient doesn’t answer, we will try and leave the flowers. We won’t do this if we feel the weather or the circumstances suggest it would be inappropriate. On occasions a neighbour may also help us.
- Q: Will the flowers be the same as the photo?
- A. Like snowflakes no two flowers are the same, but we will create the same effect as the photo. If for seasonal or quality reasons we can’t do the variety or colour exactly we will substitute to create the same look. If we don’t think we can, we will contact you for instructions.
- Q: Is my credit card secure?
- A. Our system uses the premier Gateway Merchant and the system is protected by regular checking by a third party, Geotrust a subsidiary of Verisign – again the best in the industry.
- Q: Do you call the Sender to confirm delivery
- A: No not normally. We call if we are having any difficulties otherwise you can be sure the flowers have been delivered (but sometimes not till late in the day).
- Q: Will the number of flowers shown on the website be the same as delivered.
- A. Almost always. The only qualification is that in some harder to reach locations the flowers may be more expensive and a lesser number may be used. We will normally call you to explain first
