Shipping Costs
All orders can be verified online before purchasing. Submission of an order is therefore final, and florist.com.au (The Flower Factory) does not take responsibility for the customer's failure to read the details and shipping costs of their order. All orders come with a fixed rate delivery charge of $12.50 AUD except for hampers, whose delivery Cost is $19.90 AUD when delivered outside of Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle.
Shipping Practices
Florist.com.au delivers anywhere across Australia same day* (for orders placed by 11am to capital cities**) unless another delivery date is specified. Delivery charges are at a fixed rate of $12.50 AUD per order, regardless of the size of the arrangement or the amount of accessories (eg. chocolates, teddy bears, balloons, etc.) ordered. florist.com.au cannot be used as a courier service and as such will not deliver gifts or any other materials supplied by the customer.
Variations from Photos
Images shown are normally a very close indication of what you can expect. However, florist.com.au reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal quality and value on a seasonal basis.
Destination Address
Goods can only be delivered to the correct destination address (and on time) if the details supplied to us are correct and complete.
* Funeral deliveries need to be made 24 hours in advance
** Deliveries to remote and outback locations may take more time to deliver.
