All orders can be checked online before purchasing. Submission of an order is therefore final, and florist.com.au (The Flower Factory) does not take responsibility for the customer's failure to read the flower delivery details and shipping costs of their order. All orders come with a fixed rate delivery charge of AUD13.50.

Shipping Practices

Florist.com.au delivers anywhere across Australia same day* (for orders placed by 11am to capital cities**) unless another flower delivery date is specified. Delivery charges are at a fixed rate of $13.50 AUD per order, regardless of the size of the arrangement or the amount of accessories (eg. chocolates, teddy bears, balloons, etc.) ordered. florist.com.au cannot be used as a courier service and as such will not deliver gifts or any other materials supplied by the customer.

Variations from Photos

Images shown are normally a very close indication of what you can expect. However, florist.com.au reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal quality and value on a seasonal basis for your International flower delivery.

Destination Address

Goods can only be delivered to the correct destination address (and on time) if the details supplied to us are correct and complete. It is very helpful to supply the recipients phone numbers to allow us to contact the recipient if we encounter difficulties making the delivery (we do this as anonymously as possible to maintain the sense of surprise).
