- Florist.com.au delivers anywhere across Australia same day* (for orders placed by 11am to capital cities**) unless another flower delivery date is specified. Delivery charges are at a fixed rate of $13.50 AUD per order, regardless of the size of the arrangement or the amount of accessories (eg. chocolates, teddy bears, balloons, etc.) ordered. florist.com.au cannot be used as a courier service and as such will not deliver gifts or any other materials supplied by the customer.

- Returns & Replacements
- One of our key motivations for working in this industry is that we love flowers and the pleasure they bring.We want you to be happy with the flowers we provide to you or your nominated recipient. If you have a complaint about our flowers, the only thing we ask is that you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace all flowers, within 48 hours of receiving a complaint (as long as long as reasonable care was exercised by the recipient). We do like to have the flowers in question returned to us and they should be available for pick-up with the replacement delivery. Should the circumstance warrant, we will look at other solutions. Just call us on 1300 florist (1300 356 747) Monday to Saturday to talk to us about this or any issue you have.

- All orders can be checked online before purchasing. Submission of an order is therefore final, and florist.com.au (The Flower Factory) does not take responsibility for the customer's failure to read the flower delivery details and shipping costs of their order. All orders come with a fixed rate delivery charge of AUD13.50. Images shown are normally a very close indication of what you can expect. However, florist.com.au reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal quality and value on a seasonal basis for your flower delivery.
